Every day, every season is different, and they are witness to the intrigue, the power and beauty of the bush. Meet Chris Rightford
Khaki Fever is run by wildlife expert and veteran safari operator, Chris Rightford.
After being head ranger at Sabi Sabi, he created The Nature Workshop in 1996, as an ecotourism concept & development company specialising in the development and expansion of a progressive nature and conservation based tourism ethos across southern and east Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. The company also has a specialist Tour Operating company with a focus on nature and eco based safari experiences.

He has operated buffalo Rodge in Madikwe, alongside the community for 20 years.
His dream behind Khaki Fever is to share his love for the bush with guests.
